The lifting rings are mainly divided into two categories:
·Standard lifting ring: usually an integrated forged structure consisting of a ring body and a threaded rod. Simple structure, low cost, suitable for vertical force direction.
·Rotating lifting ring: This is a more advanced and powerful design. Its core feature is that the ring can rotate 360 degrees, and the connection between the rod and the base can tilt at a certain angle (usually 180 ° or more).
·Working principle: The combination of precision machined shaft pins, bearings, and washers allows the ring to rotate and tilt freely, allowing loads to come from multiple directions without causing torque to the threads.
·Advantages: It can automatically align the load direction, eliminate lateral force damage to the thread, greatly improving safety and service life.

·Correct installation:
1. Ensure that the threaded hole is clean and free of foreign objects.

3. Use appropriate tools (such as torque wrenches) to tighten to the recommended torque value to prevent failure due to looseness.

·The threaded part has severe wear, corrosion, or damage.
·The rotating lifting ring does not rotate or tilt flexibly, and there is a sense of jamming.

·Mold industry: Used for lifting and mold changing operations of heavy-duty molds, rotating lifting rings are particularly commonly used to facilitate mold alignment.
·Aerospace: used for maintenance and hoisting of aircraft components and engines.

·Prefabricated components: At construction sites, lifting rings are embedded in cement prefabricated slabs, beams, and columns for the lifting and positioning of components.

·Cargo binding: On the deck of a truck or ship, the lifting ring serves as a fixed point, which is used in conjunction with straps and chains to secure the cargo.

·Marine equipment: used to fix equipment on the deck or as a lifting point for lifeboats and workboats.
·Underwater operations: ROVs (remotely operated vehicles), underwater structures, etc. all require the use of high specification, corrosion-resistant lifting rings.
