G80 eye sling hook is a key lifting tool in lifting operations. The quality of the eye sling hook also directly affects the overall use during the lifting process. Although the eye type sliding hook is small, it has a great effect. The eye sling hook is not only an important lifting component, but also one of the key components of the chain hoist. According to material, it can be divided into forged eye type slide hooks and plate type eye type slide hooks. According to the cross-section (curved part) of the hook body, it can be divided into circular, rectangular, trapezoidal, and T-shaped section hooks. Eye sling hook is one of the most commonly used lifting tools. In fact, regardless of the type of lifting device used, its safety is the most important. Therefore, there are many precautions that we need to pay special attention to when using lifting appliances. Now let's take a look at the precautions during the use of eye sling hooks.

(1) If the replacement of the rotary lock is not sensitive or in place during the use of the eye sling hook, the adjustment nut should be checked, and then the following parts should be checked;

① Is the tension spring of the pawl damaged? If it is damaged, it should be replaced;

② Is the transmission mechanism stuck? If it is not smooth, it should be replaced and oil (or grease) should be added to the movable joint of the transmission mechanism. If the guide pin is too tight, loosen the nut appropriately. If the connection is loose, the transmission pipe or other components are deformed, it should be corrected;

③ Is the stretching amount of the buffer tension spring too small? If it is too small, the length of the steel wire rope connected to the buffer tension spring should be shortened.

(2) The paint on the indicator board of the lifting appliance should be prevented from falling off. Once discovered, the original indication signs should be repainted in a timely manner.

(3) The steel wire rope on the lifting appliance should be cleaned and coated with smooth oil or grease, especially at the bend of the steel wire rope.

(4) The main load-bearing components, lifting rings, rotary locks, ear plates, shackles, etc. of the rigging shall be inspected at least once every three months under normal operating conditions, and there shall be no cracks or serious deformation.

(5) All oil cups, including those on the ratchet mechanism, sliding bearing seats, and rotating lock boxes, should be filled with smooth oil according to usage.

(6) Regularly check if the rope clamp is loose and if the buffer spring is excessively stretched, and promptly handle any problems found.

(7) The eye sling hook lifting object shall not exceed the additional lifting weight, and the buffer tension spring shall not be excessively stretched.

(8) During the lifting process, it should be lifted smoothly to prevent collision and deformation between the lifting appliance and the crane or other equipment. From the perspective of force situation, the T-shaped section sliding hook is the most reasonable, but its disadvantage is that the process is relatively complex, and the trapezoidal section sliding hook is most commonly used, with reasonable force and convenient manufacturing. The load-bearing capacity of the rectangular plate eye type sliding hook cannot be fully utilized, resulting in a large volume. Circular section sliding hooks are only used for small hooks.
