Germans developed the DIN3093 German standard based on this standard, and the content of the two standards is basically the same. The latest national standard GB/T30589-2014 developed by China based on European standards is consistent in all aspects with European standards, only increasing the length of the aluminum sleeve. In summary, all the standards mentioned above clearly stipulate that the aluminum sleeve must use seamless extrusion technology to form seamless pipes in one extrusion, and the aluminum alloy material must use 5051A special aluminum alloy.All markets except China use seamless aluminum sleeves for production and sales. 

The domestic market in China artificially divides aluminum sleeves into two types: seam aluminum sleeves and seamless aluminum sleeves. The seam aluminum sleeves are made of 6063 aluminum alloy, using ordinary extrusion technology, and processed from extruded welded pipes. The production process of seamless aluminum sleeve strictly follows the requirements of European and national standards, with qualified product quality and good safety performance. However, due to the complex technology and high cost, only some large lifting and rigging manufacturers.
