turnbuckle is a device used for connecting, tensioning, and adjusting the length of rigging such as steel cables and chains.

Main functions:
 1. Adjust length and tension: By rotating the middle body, the depth of the screw rods (bolts) at both ends can be changed, thereby accurately adjusting the length and tension of the entire connection system.
 2. Connection: Used to connect two steel wire ropes or to connect steel wire ropes to other fixed points.
 3. Pre tensioning: Used to apply pre tensioning force during the installation of structures such as steel structures, tents, and cable guardrails to maintain system stability.

Safe usage guidelines and precautions (extremely important!)
1. Overloading is strictly prohibited: it is necessary to clearly understand the safe working load of the turnbuckle and ensure that the actual load is within its range

2. Correct installation: Ensure that the end ring of the steel wire rope is fully seated in the "U" groove of the body, and do not let the rope buckle directly press against the thread of the screw rod.
3. Locking device: After adjustment, the fixing screw or locking nut must be tightened to prevent loosening during use.
4. Regular inspection: Before and during use, regularly check for:
·Cracks and deformations (especially at the base of the body and pull tab).
·Thread damage.
·Severe corrosion or wear.
·Once any of the above issues are discovered, immediately stop using and replace.
5. Force direction: Ensure that the tension is along the axis direction of the turnbuckle, avoiding lateral forces or bending moments.
6. CC type should be used with caution: Hook type turnbuckle has decoupling riskof detachment, and should be avoided as much as possible in important or vibrating situations. If necessary, ensure that the hook has a safety device or take additional measures to prevent detachment.
