Even the highest quality products need to be used correctly in order to be effective. Incorrect installation is one of the main risks leading to rigging failure.

1. 1.Matching principle: It is necessary to choose a clamp that strictly matches the diameter of the steel wire rope, and mixing is strictly prohibited. 
   2. Correct installation: Remember the golden rule of "saddle on the main rope side, U-bolt on the auxiliary rope (rope head) side". The saddle should be pressed onto the long rope section connected   to the main force bearing part of the rigging, while the U-bolt should fasten the short rope head. 
   3. Tightening torque: Use a torque wrench to tighten the nuts evenly and in stages according to the standard, ensuring that each bolt
   4 . Safety distance: A distance of no less than 6 times the diameter of the steel wire rope should be maintained between the card heads and between the card heads and the collar. 
   5. Set up a safety bend: Set up a "safety bend" near the end of the rope as an intuitive warning sign. Once the rope head slides and causes a safe bend, the operator can immediately detect the danger.
   6. Pre use inspection: Before each use, the card head must be checked for cracks, deformation, thread damage, or excessive wear. It is strictly prohibited to use any defective card head.
